- Enables Indian investors with assistance and support of Sri Lankan Government for Initiating and establishing profitable business ventures in Sri Lanka.
- Voices the need of conducive economic policies and framework for Indian enterprises to establish their Business in Sri Lanka, especially in Eastern province where Sri Lanka Provides Thrust.
- Watches all legislative and taxation measures of the central and state governments and reflects the views of the business community on such measures in so far as they affect their business interests in Sri Lanka and vice versa.
- Solves all problems confronting the Indian business community and their investment plan in Sri Lanka through constitutional and peaceful means
- Provides arbitration support in the settlement of disputes that arises out of commercial transactions between parties from India and Sri Lanka and who is willing or agreeing to abide by the judgment and decision of the Chamber.
